Hello, dear! I congratulate you on your wish to take measures to cure bulimia and to live a normal balanced life!

You can either turn your wish into a firm decision to get rid of bulimia or stay with it for many-many years. It's all up to you or to be more exact it's all your motivation, your wish.

So, the happy Monday is coming and we are about to start.

The figurative name of my therapy technique is «Seven steps to freedom» as now you are being the prisoner of an addiction. However to get a lifelong freedom you must make all effort and to work out all the stages son no missed information and sets provoking breakdowns be left.

The therapy technique is based on seven stages each of which has been tested successfully on his author. The author then fulfilled herself working with tens of clients getting extra info and new techniques.

Each stage gets you ready for the next stage and solve the questions of its level.

What «Seven steps to freedom" technique does give you?

Step 1. Onlooking. I AM WITHOUT BULIMIA!

You get in the result of  passing the first step:

- a new self-perception without bulimia,

- a feeling that life is light and full,

- you learn how to get rid of bulimia and enter a normal life,

- you start noticing and being happy over many things which were deprived by the disease.

You get rid of: reserve, reticence and loneliness in your problem.  YOU START LIVING AS ALL PEOPLE DO!

Step 2. Food! The creation of a new feeding technique.

Step 2 teaches you to feed right and WITH PLEASURE, with use to health and HARMFUL to the figure.

You get:

- individual feeding schedule,

- normal digesting and metabolic process,

- recovery of metabolic process which is of great importance to keep the figure!

- improvement of physical health and sleep,

- activity increase,

- self-confidence and adequate self-esteem.

You get rid of:

- constant obsessions about food,

- fears about food and excessive weight.

Step 3.  Absolution.

The forth stage is a therapy control. It's your wish control. It is the step which makes the recovery possible and start from the very beginning after a breakdown.

Step 5. Family relations.

You build new family relations at the fifth stage.

- if necessary relatives get the information and psychotherapist's advise.

Step 6. Breakdown prevention.

The sixth stage is the breakdown prevention stage. At this stage everything you got at the fourth stage is fixed and continues.

- flexible and spontaneous eating behavior,

- self-control becomes subconscious and imperceptible!

You get rid of the fears of contingency, feasts, food abundance.

YOUR ATTITIDE TOWARDS FOOD BECOMES HARMLESS AND UNOBTRUSSIVE.

Step 7. My future without bulimia.

The last stage is the most important.

You get a new perception of your future without bulimia. You learn how to set and achieve goals.

You get rid of fears of planning, dare dreams and the ways of their making true.
